The Team at Dental Crafts Lab, Inc.

Dental Crafts Lab., Inc. has been in business at 2113 E Front Street in Tyler, Texas for 40 years. The lab is full service and fully digital including crown and bridge, removable partial and denture, orthodontics, implants, hybrid implants, CAD/CAM, and some sleep apnea appliances. We are registered with Vet Biz as a SDVOSB, with NADL, and Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. The lab holds certifications from E.Max, Valplast, Digital Dentures and Sirona. We use the DAMAS System of Lab maintenance, quality control and quality assurance.

Francis Sepulvado, CDT is the owner and Ceramist. Francis has been a dental technician for 47 years and a CDT for 40 years. He is the president of ALTex NBC Study Group, an organization affiliated with NBC to provide continuing education to CDT’s and dental technicians. Francis is also an approved clinician with NBC. Francis is knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of fixed prosthodontics. Francis has attended Panke Institute, Tanaka School of Dental Technology, E.Max Training School, Valplast School, University of Texas Dental School in Houston (implant technology), and many other training and educational seminars and classes.

Kelley Sepulvado, CDT is the CAD/CAM milling specialist. Kelley has a degree in Dental Technology from Texas State Technical Institute. Kelley has been a CDT for 25 years. He is an expert in digital design and milling crowns and implants and hybrid removables. Kelley is also very active in ALTex NBC Study Group and is a member of the Dallas Implant Study Group. Kelley has also attended many training and educational seminars and classes including University of Texas School of Dentistry for implants, and basic and advanced training with Sirona CAD/CAM

Lisa Bornsheur, Master CDT, is the supervisor of the removables department. She oversees the partial and denture, Valplast, and orthodontics. Lisa is the vice-president of ALTex NBC Study Group, and an approved clinician with NBC. Lisa is also very active with NADL. She is an examiner for the CDT practical examination and a contributor to the written part of the examination. Lisa is the first and presently the only female Master Certified Dental Technician in the United States. She is certified in Crown and Bridge, Cast Partials, Complete Dentures, Orthodontics and Implants.

Our experience and education allows us to offer the best dental lab service available. We can offer every service the dental patient will need and we are always available for consultation with the dentist. Only current and recognized procedures, techniques and technologies will be used. Our many years in the dental laboratory field have given us much experience with difficult and challenging cases.

We have a Quality Assurance process in place that insures consistent quality and fit of all prosthesis, shade, couture, contacts, occlusion, and fit that will provide the esthetic and functional requirements of the patient. Only FDA, ANSI, and ISO 9001/CE approved materials are used in the manufacture of all dental prosthesis. These products include but are not limited to Trubyte Bioblend mould guides, Vita 3D shade guides, Lucitone 199 acrylics, Ceramco III porcelains, Baker, Argen and Aurident alloys. This includes the Sirona Milling System, the only system approved by FDA for CAD/CAM milling of abutment collar/post. Our Cerec In Lab System is the latest system and allows us to mill long span bridges as well as single units. All laboratory services requested by can be provided in-house by Dental Crafts Lab.
